Terms of Service
Introduction
Welcome to our web development process, where your vision meets our expertise. Our journey begins with a comprehensive brief, capturing your requirements and aspirations for your future website. This initial step paves the way for a transparent and fruitful partnership.
Contract and Official Start
Upon agreement on the brief, we'll formalize our collaboration with a contract detailing the project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables. This ensures clarity and alignment from the outset.
Design Phase
Initial Designs: Utilizing Figma, we craft tailored designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop versions of your site, each priced at $100. You have the option to commission one or two designs initially, to gauge our approach.
Design Approval: Should you decide to proceed, we'll complete the remaining designs or make any revisions within approximately one week. Post-approval, a subsequent deposit is required to transition into the development phase.
Development Phase
Duration: The development journey spans roughly 2 weeks, ending with a reviewable version of your site.
Final Revisions: After your review and feedback, a final deposit secures the last leg of development, giving an additional week for revisions and finalizing the site before launch.

Cancellation Policy:
During Development: If a project is canceled during its development phase, no refunds will be issued for payments already made. This is due to the time, resources, and efforts invested up to the point of cancellation. Clients have the opportunity to review progress and provide approvals before proceeding to the next phase, ensuring alignment at each step.
Post-Completion: After the website is completed and launched, development fees cannot be refunded. However, if a cancellation request is received within the first week of a new billing cycle, the monthly hosting fee for that cycle will be waived.
Payment Plans: For clients on payment plans, the same cancellation policy applies. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, but we will waive the remaining monthly hosting fees upon cancellation.

Acknowledgment of Rights: By accessing our website, users acknowledge our exclusive ownership of all designs, code, and intellectual property contained therein. Users agree to respect our intellectual property rights and refrain from any actions that would infringe upon these rights.
Scope of Services
After having filled out a brief on requirements and vision for the projected website, we will make things official with a contract that outlines the project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables, setting the stage for a transparent and successful partnership. If there's any pictures or videos you would like us to utilize, this is the where you'd send them to us.
We will go through the process of making designs on figma for mobile, tablet and desktop versions of your site. Each design is priced at $100. If you'd like to see one version of what the site may look like, you can choose to purchase 1 design before moving forward. If you decide to continue services with us, we will go ahead with making the rest of the designs. The design process will last about a week. Once all designs are approved, we will request another deposit, then begin development. Development phase will last about 2 weeks. We will then send you a link to see the site and review. This is where you'll have the chance to have us revise one last time. Once we get your approval and final deposit, we will finish up the site. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
